Weekend delivery depends on the carrier and may vary by region. Always check the tracking information for the most up-to-date status.

We ship our orders with a fixed carrier, and you will always receive a track & trace code as soon as your package has been shipped.

This depends on the size and contents of your order. Smaller orders are often sent as letterbox packages, while larger orders are sent as regular packages with track & trace.

If you are not at home, the carrier will attempt to deliver the package to a neighbor or to a pickup point. You will be notified about this via the tracking information.

For small packages, the carrier tries to put it in the mailbox.

If a package is not picked up on time at the pick-up point, it will be automatically returned to us. It is the customer's responsibility to pick up the package within the specified period.

Has your package been returned? Then there are two options:

• ResendThis is possible upon payment of the shipping costs.
• Do not resend: in that case, we will deduct the return costs from the amount to be refunded.

Yes! When you drop off the package at a drop-off point, you will receive a Track & Trace code.

With this, you can track your return shipment to our return center.

We do not accept returns of the following products:

• Products that have been washed
• Products from which the label has been removed
• Products that are damaged
• Products without original packaging
• Products with traces of deodorant
• Products with a strong odor (such as smoke or sweat)
• Products for which the return period has expired

If you would like to receive a different size, you can return the product according to our return policy and indicate on the return form which product you wish to exchange for what. This way, we ensure that you receive the correct size as soon as possible.

Underwear and shapewear may be tried on, but may only be returned if unworn and hygienically intact. Any hygiene strips and labels must remain fully attached.

Adhesive bras, boob tape, and nipple covers may only be returned in their original condition if the protective film has not been removed from the product.

As soon as we have received and approved your return, the amount will be refunded within 14 days via the same payment method you used for the order.
