Bee Shapetape We strive to provide you with estimated processing and delivery times. We do our best to process orders quickly, but it is important to remember that our team consists of individuals who work carefully and with dedication. Perfection is beyond our reach. Delivery times are confirmed during checkout.

Dispatch

All ShapeTape shipments are provided with a tracking number. To facilitate fast delivery, we ship our unique products from our shipping center in Elsloo (the Netherlands). If you order today, in 90% of cases you will receive your order the next working day! Due to the current situation, this may unfortunately vary by one working day in some cases.

Undelivered packages

If a package is not collected from the parcel point and is returned to us, or if the address details are incorrect, we will charge return costs. These costs will be deducted from the refund of the order. Please ensure that the package is collected on time to avoid additional costs.

It is also possible to receive a package again if it was returned to the sender due to incorrect address details or by the parcel point. In that case, the shipping costs must be paid again.

Order deadline

The order deadline is 17:00 (GMT+01:00) Central European Standard Time (Amsterdam). If you order after 17:00, the order will be processed the next day.

NBThe ordered items will only be shipped once payment has been received by ShapeTape. Delivery to a PO box address is not possible.

Holiday schedule

ShapeTape does not work on public holidays; we work from Monday to Friday. This means that orders placed on public holidays will be processed the next working day. We believe it is important that our employees have the opportunity to spend time with their families and loved ones during the holidays.
