Shipping & Delivery
Dispatch
All shipments that by Shapetape Shipments are provided with a tracking number. To facilitate fast delivery, we ship our unique products from our shipping center at Maastricht Airport (the Netherlands).
Orders placed on business days before 6:00 PM are prepared for shipment the same day. In most cases, the order is delivered the next business day.
We are dependent on the carrier and therefore cannot guarantee the exact delivery time. In the event of delays at the carrier or an incorrect address provided, delivery may take place later.
Undelivered packages
If a package is not picked up at the parcel point and is returned to us, we will bring return costs charged. These costs will be deducted from the order refund. Ensure the package is picked up on time to avoid additional costs.
It is also possible to receive a package again if it has been returned to the sender by the parcel point. In that case, the shipping costs must be paid again.

- Netherlands & Belgium: Ordered today, delivered tomorrow.
- Rest of Europe: 2-3 working days delivery time.
Postage costs
- Free shipping from €50 within the Netherlands & Belgium
- For orders under €50, shipping costs are €3.95 within the Netherlands and €6.95 to Belgium.
Please note: the ordered items will only be shipped once payment has been received by ShapetapeDelivery to a PO box address is not possible.
