Once an order has been processed or shipped, unfortunately it can no longer be cancelled. However, you can return it after receiving it, in line with our returns policy.

If you're not at home, the carrier will try to leave the parcel with a neighbour or at a parcel shop. You'll be notified of this via the tracking information.
For small parcels, the courier will try to put the parcel through your letterbox.
If a parcel isn't collected within the stated period, it's automatically returned to us. It is the customer's responsibility to collect the parcel in time.

Yes! When you drop off the parcel at a shipping point, you'll receive a tracking number.
You can use it to track your return all the way to our returns centre.

If you'd like a different size, you can return the product in line with our returns policy and state on the returns form which product you want to exchange and for which size. That way, we make sure you get the right size as quickly as possible.
Underwear and shapewear may be tried on, but can only be returned if they are unworn and in perfect hygienic condition. Any hygiene strips and labels must remain fully attached.

Once we've received and approved your return, the amount will be refunded within 14 days using the same payment method you used for your order.
