At Shapetape, we do our best to process and ship your order quickly. The estimated delivery time is shown at checkout.
Note: Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time
All shipments from Shapetape are provided with a tracking number. We ship from the Netherlands. Orders paid before 18:00 on business days are generally shipped the same day.
If a parcel is not collected from the branch or parcel shop, or the address details are incorrect and it is therefore returned to us, we will deduct €6,95 in return shipping costs from the order refund. Please collect your parcel on time to avoid additional costs.
Would you like to receive the parcel again? This is possible. In this case, shipping costs will be charged again.
Has your parcel arrived damaged or not been delivered? We bear the risk of shipping until you have received the parcel. Please contact us as soon as possible, within 14 days, at info@shapetape.de with your order number and, in the case of damage, photos. We will send you a replacement product or refund the purchase price. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Germany.
Orders paid before 18:00 on business days (Monday to Friday) are generally shipped the same day. Processing may take a little longer during exceptionally busy periods.
Delivery within Germany takes 1 to 3 business days, unless otherwise stated.

The order cut-off time is 18:00 on business days (German and Dutch time). Orders placed after 18:00 are processed on the next business day.
Please note: We will only ship your order once payment has been received. Delivery to PO box addresses is not possible.
Shapetape operates Monday to Friday and is closed on public holidays. Orders received on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number that you can use to track your order. This lets you know where your order is and when it will be delivered.
