I literally went from a size 52 to a size 48 in just 3 seconds – with this Shapetape shaping bodysuit. I feel so much more confident!
My clothes fit visibly better and more snugly. It feels like I'm wearing a dress size smaller, yet it's super comfortable all day.
A subtle, natural push-up without visible edges or straps. Ideal for dresses and tops where you don't want anything to show.
Invisible under fitted clothing, yet a visibly flatter tummy. Exactly what I was looking for!
Everything stays in place and my skin stays calm. Removing it is gentle and painless. This is my number one boob tape.
See the difference for yourself: a slim, smooth silhouette – without digging in or rolling up. Whatever size you wear, this result is possible for you too.
Shapewear is designed for light to medium shaping and is often worn invisibly under clothing. A waist trainer offers strong compression, focuses more on waist support and shaping, and can also be worn visibly or for longer periods.
A waist trainer can feel snug, but it should never cause pain or restrict your breathing. You should be able to move freely and breathe normally; if it feels uncomfortable, it's too tight.
We recommend starting with 1 to 2 hours a day and gradually increasing to a maximum of 6–8 hours a day. Always listen to your body and take breaks when you need to.
Yes, some waist trainers are suitable for light to moderate activity. For intense training, however, we recommend a waist trainer designed specifically for sport, and plenty of rest.
Always use the size chart on the product page, which you'll find to the right of the product image. Measure your waist accurately and choose your size accordingly.
Don't go by your usual clothing size, as waist trainers can run small.
A waist trainer can offer support after pregnancy, but only when your body is ready for it. We recommend discussing this with a doctor or midwife first and always choosing a comfortable fit that isn't too tight.
Our products are designed to visibly shape your body without compromising on comfort.
When you first put it on, the product may feel tight – that's normal. After a few minutes, it adapts to your body and feels comfortable.
If you order before 18:00 on a weekday, we'll usually ship your order the same day. Once your order has been shipped, you'll always receive tracking details so you can follow your parcel.
