Payment Processing
Payments are processed immediately via a secure payment environment. Once the payment is successfully completed, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your order.
Refunds
In case of a refund, the amount will be credited back via the same payment method used when placing the order. It may take several business days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
When there is an exchange with a price difference, the refund will be adjusted manually. After your return has been received and accepted, please contact our customer service. Include your order number and attach proof of payment so that we can process the refund correctly.
