Not completely satisfied with your purchase? No problem. You have a 30-day cooling-off period after receipt. After this period, exchange or return is unfortunately no longer possible. Below you will find our return policy. Shapetape reserves the right to assess returns based on this policy.
How to register a Shapetape return?
Click here to register your return. We recommend carefully following all steps to ensure your return is processed correctly. The costs for returning the item are at your own expense. View our shipping information for more details on shipping costs and delivery times.
Return Conditions
Original condition:
We only accept returns in original condition.
Products with adhesive / adhesive strip:
We do not accept used products containing an adhesive strip or glue (such as adhesive bras, fashion tape, and boob tape).
Shapewear and corrective underwear:
We do not accept the following returns:
- Products that have been washed
- Products without original labels or packaging
- Products with deodorant stains
- Products with a strong odor (such as smoke or sweat)
- Products for which the return period has expired
How long does it take for my return to be processed?
We can only accept a product for return if it has been registered via our return portal within 30 days.
Returns submitted outside the return period or without using our return portal cannot be accepted. Once we have received your return, we have up to 14 days to check and process it.
Within this period:
- you will receive your refund if the return meets the conditions
- we will contact you if the return does not meet the conditions

Free products with your order
With certain promotions, you receive a free product with a minimum order value.
If you return (part of) your order and the total amount falls below the promotion condition, this promotion will be void.
You can choose to return the free product.
If you do not return this product, its value will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
How do I track my return?
When you drop off a return shipment at a parcel point, you will receive a Track & Trace code and a shipping receipt (keep this until the return procedure is fully completed) with which you can track your shipment on the shipping partner's website from the parcel point to our return center.
Once we have received and processed your return shipment, you will receive a return confirmation by email. This email will also immediately state the new account or refund amount.
If you have not received an email from us 14 days after your return has arrived at Shapetape, please contact us via info@Shapetape.nl.
Free shipping
If you place an order over €50, you qualify for free shipping. However, if you return part of your order and the total amount of your original order falls below €50 as a result, we reserve the right to deduct the original shipping costs from your refund.
Condition of the item
If you wish to return the item, please ensure that you return it in its original condition (unused, clean, and undamaged).
Packaging
If you no longer have the original Shapetape factory packaging, you can use another box, provided the return document is clearly visible.
Exchange due to damage
Shapetape reserves the right to exchange items only if they are damaged or broken upon delivery. If you wish to exchange the products for the same item/items, please contact us via info@Shapetape.nl.
Incorrectly delivered products
If products have been delivered incorrectly, please contact us via info@shapetape.nl. We will work together to find a solution.
Refund
I have returned my order, when will I know if it has been approved?
Once your item has been received and inspected, you will receive an email stating that Shapetape has successfully received your returned item. We will then keep you informed of the status (approved / rejected) of your returned item.
I have returned my order, when will I receive my money back?
You have returned an item, it has been approved, and you are awaiting the refund.
Processing a return can take up to 14 days after delivery of the return. Once your return has been processed, the purchase amount will be refunded as soon as possible to the payment details known to us.
Haven't received a refund?
You have returned an item, it has been approved, and the refund period has been exceeded.
In the event that you have not yet received a refund, we kindly ask you to first check your bank account. It may take a few days for the refunded amount to be credited. In case of doubt, Shapetape advises you to contact your bank / credit card company.
