Shipping
All shipments made by Shapetape are provided with a tracking number. To promote fast delivery, we ship our unique products from our shipping center in Maastricht Airport (the Netherlands).
Orders placed on weekdays before 6:00 PM are prepared for shipment the same day. In most cases, the order is delivered the next business day.
We are dependent on the carrier and therefore cannot guarantee an exact delivery time. In case of delays with the sender or an incorrectly provided address, delivery may occur later.
Undelivered packages
If a package is not collected from the parcel point and is returned to us, we will charge return costs. These costs will be deducted from the refund of the order. Please ensure you collect your package on time to avoid additional costs.
