Kan ik het combineren met tampons of een menstruatiecup?
Ja, het menstruatie ondergoed kan worden gecombineerd met tampons of een menstruatiecup voor extra bescherming, bijvoorbeeld op zware dagen of tijdens de nacht.
Hoe was ik menstruatie ondergoed het best?
Spoel het ondergoed eerst uit met koud water, was het daarna in de wasmachine op maximaal 30°C zonder wasverzachter en laat het aan de lucht drogen. Gebruik geen droger.
