Not completely satisfied with your purchase? No problem, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Unfortunately, returns are no longer possible after these 14 days have elapsed. Below you will find information about our return conditions. Shapetape reserves the right to process returns in accordance with these conditions.
You can register your return here. Shapetape strongly recommends that you read the information in this process carefully so that your return can be processed correctly. You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the item. Please also see our shipping information for details about shipping costs and delivery times.
Original condition:
We only accept returns in their original condition.
Products with adhesive/adhesive strips:
We do not accept used products containing adhesive strips or adhesive (e.g. adhesive bras, fashion tape and breast tape).

The following items are excluded from returns:
Return form
Please complete the return form and include it with your return. This allows us to process your return more quickly and correctly.
We can only accept a product if it is registered through our return portal within 14 days. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns received after the return period or without using our return portal. Please also see our General Terms and Conditions for more information about our return policy.
When you drop off a return at a PostNL parcel drop-off point, you will receive a PostNL tracking code (please always keep it safe). With this code, you can track your shipment on the PostNL website from the parcel drop-off point to our returns center.
Once we have received and processed your return, you will receive a confirmation by email.
This email will immediately include the new invoice or the refund amount.
Free shipping
Shipping is free for orders over €50.
However, if you return part of your order and the total amount of your original order falls below €50, we reserve the right to deduct the original shipping costs from your refund.
Shipping costs are €4.95 for customers in the Netherlands and €6.95 for customers in Germany.
If you want to return the item, please make sure that it is in its original condition (unused, clean and undamaged).
If you no longer have the original Shapetape packaging, you may also use another box, provided that the return document is clearly visible.
Shapetape reserves the right to exchange items only if they are damaged or defective upon delivery. If you would like to exchange the products for the same item, please contact us at info@Shapetape.nl.
Once your item has arrived and been inspected, you will receive an email confirming the successful receipt of your return by Shapetape. We will keep you informed about the status (approved/rejected) of your return.
You have returned an item, the return has been approved, and you are waiting for your refund.
Processing a return can take up to 14 days. Once your return has been processed, the purchase amount will be refunded to the payment details registered with us as soon as possible.
You have returned an item, the return has been approved, but the return period has expired.
If you have not yet received a refund, please first check your bank account. It may take several days for the refunded amount to be credited. If you have any questions, Shapetape recommends contacting your bank or credit card company.
