All shipments from Shapetape are sent with a tracking number. Our shipping center is located in Elsloo (the Netherlands), allowing us to ensure fast delivery.
If you order today, 90% of our customers will receive their order as early as the next business day! In exceptional cases, delivery may be delayed by one business day due to current circumstances.
Undelivered Packages
If a package is not collected from the parcel pickup point and is returned to us, we charge €6.95 in return shipping costs. These costs will be deducted from the refund. Please collect your package on time to avoid additional costs.
